After fifteen years of hiring across Nepal's banking, development and technology sectors, our founder kept meeting the same person: capable, hard-working, and in entirely the wrong job. Nobody had ever asked them what they were built for.
Career Coach Nepal was founded in 2016 to ask that question properly — with accredited assessment, structured coaching and honest feedback about the market as it actually is. Since then we've worked with more than twelve hundred individuals and eighteen partner organizations, from Kathmandu classrooms to leadership teams.
